The Swedish innovation company myFC (myFC.se), the world leader in fuel cell chargers for consumers, will debut a new generation of fuel cell charging at Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona March 2-5. Live product demonstrations—as well as the company’s CEO Björn Westerholm –will be at the Swedish Pavilion Hall 7, Booth 7F41 at Mobile World Congress (MWC) March 2-5.
The new powerhouse charger is smaller, lighter, offers a lower cost per charge, and provides significantly increased capacity. The charger features a small card encapsulating the fuel (water and salt) and a new fuel chemistry that has an energy density three times higher than a lithium ion battery. It also enables users to charge where they want, when they want, and without power outlets. The new charger should be available in Q4 2015.
