Flytxt, the independent market leader in intelligent customer engagement technology, has secured a software as services agreement with Vietnam’s largest telecoms firm, Viettel Telecom.  Flytxt will implement the technology along with its partner COMIT, a leading regional system integrator.

Flytxt will activate its market-leading, proprietary technology NEON-dX across parts of the Viettel network, providing the telecoms giant with artificial intelligence-driven automated marketing that offers improved, personalized service for Viettel consumers in Vietnam.

NEON-dX will enable Viettel to better understand its customers through learning their behavior and predicting what they want in real time, creating deeper and longer relationships.

The product consistently delivers 2-7% uplift on net revenue for Flytxt’s telecom clients.

“Our focus on our customers underpins our market leadership and strong business growth,” said Mr. Long Hoang, Deputy General Director at Viettel Telecom, Vietnam.

“Flytxt is the perfect partner for us when it comes to digital customer value management as their technology perfectly complements our goal of providing unique experiences to customers based on their behavior and real-time contexts.”

Dr. Vinod Vasudevan, CEO of Flytxt, said: “NEON-dX will allow Viettel to gain an even deeper understanding of its customers with insights so that Viettel can send micro-segmented and personalized offers that reflect the customer’s contextual needs and interests in real-time.

“This will ensure customers get the best service across all channels and help Viettel maintain a leading position when it comes to customer engagement.”

Dr. Vinod added: “This agreement is a strong testament to our differentiated product offering that combines analytics, artificial intelligence and automation to deliver tangible business outcomes to digital enterprises.

“Along with NEON-dX, Flytxt will provide business consulting services to help Viettel realize expected customer engagement results.  We are proud to partner with Viettel Telecom on their journey towards becoming a true customer-centric digital service provider.”

“Through digital transformation, Viettel will enhance customer experience and marketing efficiency by focusing on big data analytics and AI.  COMIT has supported Viettel with in-depth research and trials and are confident that Flytxt’s product and COMIT's local system integration will help Viettel grow its business significantly", said Mr. Hong Son Le – President & CEO, COMIT Corporation.

NEON-dX allows companies to extend offers and services to customers in real-time so that their needs are met at the right moment.

Viettel is recognized as one of the top telecoms operators in Southeast Asia and joins more than 100 enterprises around the world that are already using Flytxt technologies.  NEON-dX is at the forefront of digital customer engagement technology and deployed in over 40 countries with leading companies including: multiple markets of Vodafone, Axiata, MTN, America Movil, Zain and Airtel.

The agreement means eight mobile telecoms operators in Asia are now using Flytxt solutions, including markets of Vodafone, Axiata, Etisalat and Hutchison 3G.

Flytxt is one of the fastest growing developers of software in the rapidly growing fields of artificial intelligence, analytics and marketing automation. The business grew 75% in revenues in 2016 and is forecast to have grown by a similar amount in 2017.

The big data analytics market alone is expected to reach USD 275 billion by the end of 2023 with approximately 12% CAGR from 2017 – 2023, with technology, communications, and financial services as the leading industries to adopt artificial in the next three years.
