Boost LPWA revenue through oneM2M

Data from the GSMA points to an enormous, $1.8 trillion revenue IoT opportunity for mobile network operators by 2026.  One of the major drivers for mobile operators to grow their IoT business is via low power wide area (LPWA) networks.
 
In commercial terms, many LPWA use cases will contribute low, average revenues per connection. CSPs should therefore not rely solely on strong volume growth to boost top-line revenues but explore opportunities to provide solutions higher up the value chain. This approach puts the prospect of both higher connectivity and non-connectivity service revenues on the LPWA table.
 
InterDigital, among other members of the oneM2M community, is proud to have contributed to a oneM2M-sponsored white paper, entitled “Boost LPWA Revenue Through oneM2M”, which outlines how CSPs can target the larger IoT opportunity.
